One of our favorite things to do is take out our sailboat. There is a lake not very far from my house, and yesterday was the perfect afternoon to be out on the lake.
It can be so relaxing and rejuvating to be on the boat. Exactly what is always needed!
On the way down to the lake, we stopped at the grocery store to get some drinks to take with us. While there, my mom came across a box of super soakers that the clerk was marking down to a dollar a piece. We HAD to buy them! They were a big hit.

One of Carters favorite parts about being on the boat is
when put the anchor down and swim. He loves to climb up on the side of the
boat and jump to Andy.

I have been enjoying summer so much, I’ve been able to spend a lot of time with Andy and Carter and that has been amazing. I can’t believe I’m saying it, but seeing all the crayons, calculators and notebooks in the stores are making me so excited for fall!
