I had some family drive to Washington to spend a few days seeing some different cities. I live near the Tri-Cities in Washington, so the drive to Spokane, Washington was only about 2 hours. We had our own personal tour guide because my brother-in-law Connor (pictured below) served an LDS mission in Spokane and surrounding areas. We had dinner downtown and then walked around the Riverfront Park to see the Spokane Falls. We drove into town around dinnertime, so we didn’t have a lot of time before it got dark to walk the trails around the falls.
My sister Sarah and her husband Connor^^Me and my sisters Jenni and Anna When we were walking around we came across this huge wagon playground. There are stairs in the back and the handle is actually a slide. My kids loved climbing all over it and I loved that they had benches all around it for this pregnant momma to sit on. It was a beautiful night and the weather was perfect. I’m hoping that I get to go back to Spokane soon but hopefully, Andy can come next time. Andy is currently on week 4 of his Internal Medicine Rotation so he wasn’t able to come with us, but I put Spokane on a list to go visit again because it was such a cool city.
